It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to SASICON-XXVI to be held in Kolkata, the City of Joy, on 18^th,  19th & 20th February 2005. The venue is a plush auditorium of the leading Cancer Institute of Eastern India. Cancer Centre Welfare Home & Research Institute, Thakurpukur, which is located at the outskirts of Kolkata 15 Kms from the city centre.

Like any other year, we aim to maintain the stature of this great event. Special emphasis would be given to Surgical Oncology And Minimal Access Surgery especially at the workshop, which will be held on the 1st day of the conference. There will be faculties of National and International repute who would demonstrate their skills in the workshop and also show their operative videos on the following days. In addition there would be Interactive Sessions, Panel Discussions and Guest Lectures, Free papers, Symposia, Posters and Orations.

Do bring your family along. The weather would also be very pleasant at that time. Delegates and their families are welcome to take part in the cultural programmes if they wish. There would be local tours during the daytime and cultural programmes and Gala Dinners.
