Yoga
is an all pervading science that takes care of our Physical and mental state. A
poet in his famous saying emphasises on beauty not only in nature but also in
human body. Healthy body reflects healthy mind. Man, woman irrespectively wants
to be beautiful. Beauticulture should start from inside out. Yoga method of
beauty treatment is based on the same principle. The course teaches only certain
aspects of yoga, Asans, Mudras and Pranayams for the maintenance of healthy and
youthful body and mind. Modern medicines are not able to cope fully with most of
our mental and physical ailments. Physicians are now supplementing their
prescriptions with advice for Yogasanas. Unfortunately, the modern doctors have
very little in depth kowledge about yoga and its working principles.
For
last couple of years, successful endeavours have been made in this direction
with therapy programs based on Herbs and other yoga methods. We believe that the
people coming here are receiving the right treatments with admirable results and
are regarding their faith in yoga.
Sickness,
inertia, doubt, mistake, idleness, greed, illusory visions, a sense of failure
in reaching the footbold of yoga, non-establishment on the path of Yoga, even
after having touched it for a time-these nine are the distortions and
dissipations of mind called "Antaraya or impediment on the way of
Yoga".
