Neon
Tetr-X is_a range of advanced long after glow encapsulated photo
sensitive crystal pigments, paints and speciality coating
formulations. It is based on Strontium Aluminate which is
generations ahead of similar products in India. It has unique
characteristic of absorbing and storing light energy wl1en
exposed to, artifical or natural light and then emitting it
gradually and continuously in visible colours. This emission is
quite dramatic in darkness. The emission lasts for several hours
enabling Neon Tetr- X to be applied in a range of useful
products.

To

SAANS
THERM is a high technology membrane coating specially formulated
to prevent heat transferring and permeating into a building or
installation, when applied on the external surface. SAANS THERM
products are marine grade coatings with very high performance
against weathering, waterproof & anti-carbonation. There is
no need to. repaint after a building is coated with SAANS THERM
as it comes in a pleasing range of modern and attractive colours.
HOW
DOES IT WORK?
SAANS
THERM is made up of patented THERMOSIN impregnated micro spheres
and HEATSHIELD chemical additive refractive layers intermingled.
The spheres each have a vacuum inside, Similar to a mini Thermos
flask. These spheres enable SAANS THERM to refract, reflect and
dissipate heat. On Interior walls and ceiling, SAANS THERM
reduces energy loss, and on exterior walls & roofs SAANS
THERM will reradiate heat from the sun creating a cooler
environment inside.

SEAL 2020 is a silane siloxane aliphatic urethane blend sealer;
a opaque water repellent protective and decorative coating for
concrete & masonry building. It prevents water and chloride
intrusion into concrete bridges, parking decks, abutments. It
imparts water repellency to all types of cementations surfaces,
mortar, stucco brick and all types of stone, by forming a long
lasting water repellent surface.
