ROLLER MILL

ROLLER MILL :

Roller Mill installation for reducing quarry run material to 200 mesh 325 mesh, or any other desired fineness. All of the reduction equipment shown can be supplied, belt conveyor, storage bin and roller mill with air equipment and sacker.

Standard and larger sizes have spur gear and pinion drives as shown. This type of drive is simpler and easier to maintain than bevel gear drives and there is no possibility of material leaking from Mill into the gear lubricant. Bearing alignment of central shaft is also simplified as only two bearings are used, the bottom one carrying the thrust as well as redial load.

CARBONIZING CHAMBER :

It produces non-breakable Smokeless carbonized briquettes by baking them in the chamber. These briquettes burn for a longer time and can be used twice.

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

The chamber is mainly made from firebricks and tiles for making smokeless non-soluble hard briquettes fit for long transportation. The chamber can absorb about 1200° c temperature but briquettes are carbo­nized within 9000 c (Approx) temperature.

COKE BRIQUETTING PRESS :

It forms semi-dry Briquettes at very high production rate in accordance with the moisture contents and specific gravity of the feed stock. 

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

• The Briquetting Press is very easy to operate.

• The Rollers are made of Graded Cast-Iron and the shape cavi­ties (may be Grind Polished or Machine-Cut as required) from egg-shaped briquettes from 1 1/2" to 2 1/2" in standard presses and upto 4" for boilers and other commercial purposes using heavy capacity machine.

• All the rollers and gears are fully covered. G ears are machine finished Milling Cut.

• All the bushes are made of class 1 gun metal.

• Overload capacity Machinery is available according to requirements.

With various sizes of sieves Disintegrators are available in different Diameter of Beater Chambers like 9", 12", 18", 24", 30", 36" 42" & 54".

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

• Has a feeding tray which feeds raw materials into four hammers.

• It is mainly fabricated from mild steel and graded casting materials with good quality ball bearings and changeable screener which is made from high carbon steel or manga­nese steel.

• Hammers are of carbon steel    duly Case-hardened.
