Blowers
are ideally suited for supply of air to oil and gas burners for atomization and
combustion, foundries cupolas, forge fires, exhaust, machine shops or any work
requiring forcing of air long distance, high pressure or strong blast. I.D. Fans
of Cupolas furnace, forged ovens, industries for pollution control.
Blowers
are mainly single stage sturdy construction with casing and impellers fabricated
from selected steel sheets and section. Blowers are available in V-Belt driven,
Direct driven and Coupled driven type. In V-Belt driven the impellers are
mounted on the Blower Shaft, in direct driven the impellers are mounted directly
on the shaft of the motor and coupled driven the Blower and motor is coupled
through couplings. The Blowers are normally supplied with bottom horizontal
discharge. However if required the position of discharge can be altered in any
direction as per the customer’s requirement.
A
wide range of Blowers & I.D. Fans with regard to volume and pressure are
manufactured. The volume ranges from 4 Nm3/min to 1415 Nm3/min (150 cfm to
50,000 cfm) and pressure from 50 mm WG to 1320 mm WG. Every Series Blower
develops its full pressure at the rated volume and motor H.P.
