JHUMA CHAKI is a promising singer of West Bengal. She brought up in a family relating to music tradition. At the very early age she is inspired by her father and started learning music from her father Amal Krishna Chaki she also learned music from Sukumar Mitra. Her father is also a High-grade singer of All India Radio and also a eminent singer in folk song.

She performed in various staged all round India and still performing. She had performed in Stages like Rabindra Sadan, Kalamandir, Nazrul Mancha etc. Her versatility in singing as well as style of stage performing is something special which is wonderful and amazing.

Her first album “CHEYECHI TOMAKE” was released from Mood Music. Her album was very much popular among the music lover of Kolkata. Her performance and album is highly appreciated by the press like Anandabazar Patrika and Bartaman.
