Soni brought alive Raj Kapoor songs as immortalised by Mukesh and it
seemed Mukesh revisited. The
strongest and most poised singer of the evening was Vijay Soni, whose
style and rendition are both quite satisfactory. He definitely possesses
what may be termed the Ghazal stance. One
could have a little more of the rich baritan Ghazal of Vijay Soni. Vijay
nicely kept up the tempo and did full justice to the catchy tunes. Like
