The First Part of the evening concluded with "Ardhanarishwar". In this solo number, Bandyopadhyay explored both tandava and lasya with verre and grace, the performance was commendeable. Under the direction of Arnab Bandyopadhyay the whole programme was well designed with both classical and contemporary choreography which was a strong evidence of his dance imagination, and was symbolic of his hard practice. The spectators were not only spell bound by seeing the Bharatanatyam and Odissi dance but also they were moved to see the dance in accordance with “PHIRE ESO AAGOON” poem written by modern poet Shubo Dasgupta.
