PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE :

BIS approved timber species are selected and treated as per IS specification in, vacuum pressure impregnation plants with requisite preservatives by which increasing the original life of the timber manifold and protect it from the attacks of borer, termites and any type of insects.

SEASONING OF PANEL DOOR

Seasoning is done as per IS specification in updated seasoning kiln to prevent from any dimensional changes such as expansion, shrinkage, wrapping and cracking etc. After that the said timber is cut to size in the latest wood working machine for the joinery works. Raw Timber contents approximately 35% moisture. Constantly varying temperature and humidity effects the cellular strength of the timber making it weak. Bound water has to be extracted carefully from timber to avoid these defects. Raw timber is dried in specially designed kilns that control temperature and humidity as per IS 1141 : 1973. The moisture content in the raw timber is stedily reduce to 8% - 12% as specified in IS 287: 1973.

12mm thick wood particle board manufactured as per IS 3097 or BWP ply as per IS 303 or 12/19mm thick timber panel will be fixed by providing adhesives / groves in the stiles and rails. All door, window, shutters / frames and other timber components are machine sanded and painted as per IS 2338 specification to have "ROYAL LOOK & FINISH"

CHEMICAL TREATMENT :

Seasoned timber undergoes chemical treatment as per IS 401 : 1982, ensuring protection against insect attacks. Chemical preservatives are impregnated uniformly Jnder vacuum pressure to ensure that every fibre of the timber is strengthened. The anti fungal preservative added to the timber makes an Globe panel door immune to noths, termite, borers and impervious to fungi and rats.
