Highly polished Stainless SteelMirror Reflector : Highly polished stainless steel mirror reflector-cum-body for assured lasting performance. Ideal for Metal Halide / HPSV lamps for its capability to reflect out high heat along with light ensuring longer life for lamps.The stainless steel reflector used ensure long range, wide spread, high intensity and energy saving.

Dust, Moisture and Vermin Proof : Dust, moisture and vermin have no permanent effect on the efficiency of the reflectors.

Neoprene Rubber Gaskets : Neoprene Rubber Gaskets ensure IP65 protection making the fittings dust, moisture and vermin proof.

Specially Designed Focussing Arrangement : Specially Designed focussing arrangement to accommodate lamps of different makes.

Pilfer Proof and Captive Bolting System :
Pilfer Proof and Captive Bolting System for preventing easy theft & pilferage of both costly lamps and luminaries.

Incorporated Vibration Isolators : Provided with specially designed incorporated vibration isolators which prevents vibrations from reaching the lamps in the luminaries thus enhancing the life of Lamps.

Steel Inserts at threaded portions : Provided with steel inserts at important threaded portions to prevent wear off for a long time.

Our Luminaries are manufactured meeting the requirements of IS 10322 & 13383 as well as IEC 598 and Lighting Mast Towers meeting the requirements laid down in IS 800 & IS 875, IS 6533 and High Mast Lighting Technical Report No.7. The design of our Towers have been vetted and approved by Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur & luminaries have been type tested at ERTL(E) Kolkata a Government of India Test House having International Accreditation. Our Energy Saving Luminaries and Electronic Ballast have qualified for Safety Certification ("S" mark) Scheme of Government of India from the Directorate of STQC vide Certificate No. S/19/68/2000 dt. 05.07.2001. For this all our products have been tested as perrelevant Indian & International Standards at a Govt Test House.

Sigma's Research & Development Section is fully equipped to undertake various developmental works in the field of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering. We have recently designed & developed Lighting Mast Towers upto 30 meter height,in a new design where lights can be fitted on two,three or four segments as required by the users so that from a single Tower much wider areas can be uniformly illuminated right from close to the tower. We have indigenously designed & developed eco-friendly Electronic Ballasts meeting all parameters and requirements laid down in IS 13021 (Part I) and Part II as well as IEC 528 & 529 for Compact Fluorescent Lamps.
